Never Really Gone


I think that when someone we love passes away, they never really leave us. People who impact our lives manifest the change they bring within us.

I recently lost someone that meant a lot to me, and meant the world to one of my best friends. My coach.  Months after I met him, I had already realized how much of a blessing he was to me. Everything he did changed me for the better, and I was so grateful that someone like that had walked into my life. He had that same lasting impact on every single person he met, which was incredible to me. And when he passed away,  every single person who had been touched by his presence felt an overwhelming sadness. All I could think was, “He’s gone. How could he be gone? He can’t be gone. I need him. We all need him.” I couldn’t believe it…
